and interests that a person has,
or that consumers have stated as
being of particular future
interest to them.
We have also spent months of
desk research into the values of
property and types of property
on the file, be that terraced,
semi-detached or detached or
flats, thereby enabling better
targeting of the individuals in
their homes.
The focus of our data is factual
or transactional data rather
than aspirational i.e. what
someone owns, what they do earn,
although we are building our
“CHANGES” file of information
relating to the change in
circumstances – when they want a
